As a Nationally Certified School Nurse (NCSN) and I bring unmatched school health expertise to your child's physical exam — performed in the comfort of your home.

NYS requires the official NYS Student Health Examination Form to be completed during the visit. I will fill out this form in person. No vaccines are administered.
