I do not bill insurance directly. Upon request, I provide a superbill (itemized receipt) you can submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

HIV Prevention

PrEP: Effective prevention, made accessible

Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) is up to 99% effective at preventing HIV when taken as prescribed. My background in HIV education and prevention makes this a core focus of this practice.

Private telehealth consult — speak confidentially from anywhere in New York or Maine.

Rapid Start / Same-Day PrEP: In appropriate scenarios, PrEP may be initiated after a negative rapid HIV antigen test while awaiting formal lab results — with a plan to review all results within one week.

Same-day prescription sent to your preferred pharmacy after consultation.

Co-pay assistance guidance — Gilead's Advancing Access® program may cover full medication cost for eligible patients.

Bilingual support — full PrEP counseling in English and Spanish.

As a Nationally Certified School Nurse (NCSN), I bring unmatched school health expertise to your child's physical exam.

Completed via telehealth video or home visit. Vaccine documentation is reviewed — no vaccines are administered during these visits.
